MIXED BOXES:
In the wholesale category, some products will have a mixed box option on the flavour list. Mixed boxes are a random selection. If you would like specific flavours in your mixed box then you must state this in the notes of your order. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the flavours that you ask for as this is dependent on stock.
Nevertheless, if you add a note to your order with your preferences then we will try to meet your selection. Please also state any flavours that you really do not want. We will try our best to cater to your preferences however it must be reiterated that there is no guarantee.
STOCK:
We operate a drop-shipping service on some products therefore we cannot guarantee that stock levels are accurate. If there are any items in your order that are out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp and give you a choice of a refund or an alternative.
VAPE HARDWARE:
Please note that with the Vape Hardware category, we cannot guarantee that a particular colour will be available. We will try our best to source the colour of your preference however if it is not available, we will replace with a different colour.
Blaze Supplies will not contact you if a certain colour is out of stock and will instead send an alternative colour. If you would only like a particular colour, please state this in the notes of your order and we will contact you if the colour is out of stock.
