Orders & Returns

* If you believe that your item is faulty, you must let us know within 3 days via the WhatsApp number
* You then have a further 7 days to return the item to the return address written below.
* Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.
* Should we discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 3-5 working days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it.
* Blaze Supplies will reimburse any shipping costs if the item is found to be faulty up to the value of the payment made for shipping on the original order.
* Blaze Supplies are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest sending returns via a tracking service and ensuring the correct amount for postage is paid.

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and details of the fault. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include the following details on a note inside your package: Name, Address, Mobile Number, Order Number, Reason for the return.
